Kindergarten and First Grade Teacher
My teaching career began 13 years ago in middle school language arts, though most of my experience has been in lower elementary education. At the FIG, I’m excited to be teaching kindergarten and first grade. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a classroom where hard work and joy go hand in hand, and every student feels valued and motivated to succeed. I love every aspect of what I do, but witnessing a student achieve something they once believed was beyond their reach is especially rewarding.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Carlos Albizu University, where I graduated as valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA. I am a professionally certified educator through the Florida Department of Education, licensed to teach grades K–6. Additionally, I have earned endorsements in both Reading and ESOL.
